Stone masonry contractors based in South Wales

I started my apprenticeship in 1977 working at Neath Abbey Ruins with the Ancient Monument Department, Cardiff; now know as CADW, the official guardian of the built heritage of Wales. I was taught by a Master Stone Mason who excellence and skill was awarded by Prince Charles. He taught me all aspects of stonework including new build and restoration work and following my attendance at Bath College, where I learnt how to carve and create ornamental features in Bath and Portland stone, I achieved a City and Guild with Distinction Certificate.

During my time at Bath College I also learnt monumental skills. Since my apprenticeship I have worked on many diverse projects, too numerous to include here and I can assure any one looking for a stone mason of my time earned expertise and competence. I have always worked to offer my skills to the highest quality and pride myself in creating stone work that evidences the high quality of my craftsmanship.
